We strongly advise the participants to register early at the V International Congress in Health Science Research: from molecule to community to benefit from reduced fees. UBI students, RISE non-doctoral members and groups of 5 people benefit from 10% discount, which are not cumulative.

The congress fees include participation in all scientific sessions, coffee/tea breaks, lunch to the second and third days of the congress, congress material and certificate of attendance (sent via email after the congress). Workshops will occur during the morning of congress’s first day and are open to non-HSR2025Congress participants. Workshop participants may pre-register and its participation is subject to confirmation. Please, only make the payment for the workshop after receiving the confirmation email sent by hsrcongress@fcsaude.ubi.pt. 

The Congress Dinner will take place on Friday (21ˢᵗ March) at Hotel Covilhã Dona Maria, Affiliated by Meliá. Please note that the registration fee does not include the Workshops and the Congress Dinner. If you plan to attend these events, please select this extra fee when submitting the registration form for the congress

Proof of Student/Fellow/Others is mandatory – In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (official letter signed by the Head of Department – hospital, company or academic institution which confirms status of the applicant or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the online registration.

New Group Registration: Undergraduate & Master's Students
Category: Groups of 5 students (Undergraduate & Master's level)
Price: €200 (Coffee Breaks included)
Eligibility: Open to students who have not submitted an abstract. The registration should be done by one student, and the name of the other students, as well as the proof of enrollment in the current study program need to be sent after registration to hsrcongress@fcsaude.ubi.pt.
The 10% discount (participations with special discounts) does not apply to this category.

Proof of Prospective PhD student - In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (official letter signed by the PhD or MSc supervisor which confirms the status) must be provided.

Payment methods: Full payment must be made in Euro (payments in any other currency will not be accepted). Currency exchanges or bank fees will be paid by the registrant and will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Discounts are not cumulative or applied to workshop and congress dinner. Please note that exceptions will not be allowed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: Requests must be submitted by November 31, 2024.
• Partial Refund (50%): Requests must be submitted between December 1, 2024 to February 20, 2025.
• No Refund: After February 21, 2025.
