We are pleased to announce the opening of the abstract submission period for the V International Congress in Health Science Research: from molecule to community (HSR2025).

Abstract Submission:

• Open: 1st October 2024
• Close: 15th December 2024

Notification of Acceptance:

15th January 2025.

Abstract guidelines:

Abstract Format: Abstracts must be submitted in clear English with a maximum of 25 words to the abstract title and a maximum of 250 words (including acknowledgments) to the abstract body. The abstract body include introduction, aim, material and methods, results, and conclusions, abbreviations must be defined at first use, generic drug names should be preferred, commercial promotion or patient identification cannot be done, and tables, graphics and images are not allowed.

Submission Deadline:

The deadline for abstract submission is December 15, 2024. 

Evaluation:

All abstracts will be reviewed by HSR2025 Scientific Committee, which will assess their quality and relevance to the congress. Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts by January 15, 2025.

Presentation:

The accepted abstracts can be presented in poster or oral format. For the oral format, the Scientific Committee will select which abstracts are going to be presented as an oral communication (10 minutes) or a flash communication (3 minutes). Moreover, oral and flash communications will be included in the main scientific programme. Posters will be displayed in a specific section of the congress location and discussed during poster sessions. In both formats, the presenting author must be registered as a congress participant, and each participant can present a maximum of 2 abstracts. More details regarding each presentation format will be provided to the authors of the accepted abstracts.

Awards:

The Awards Committee will evaluate each poster, oral and flash communication, and in HSR2025 closing session the best work of each category will be awarded. 

Submission Instructions:

The abstract must be submitted in the congress website, following the instructions provided. After submission, a confirmation email with a reference number will be sent.
